Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver exclusively in Bali for now.

Delivery fees are calculated from our production site in Kuta Selatan, Ungasan to your delivery address.

Standard delivery fees:

• Handelling Fee: Rp.12.000.
• Per Km Fee: Rp.1.900.

We do our best to deliver most of the orders in the same day.

We aim to process and deliver all orders promptly after receiving payments. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Free delivery conditions

We offer free delivery in south Bali for orders over Rp.1.000.000 (Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Kuta, Denpasar, Sanur, Jimbaran, Ungasan, Nusa Dua, Pecatu)

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of proven defect or error on our part. If you believe a product was damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at sales@maisonsaintleonard.com with details and photos. Refunds or replacements will be processed after review.
