How can I place an order?
Submit the order using the cart checkout on our site. We'll prepare your order and share the final price for confirmation.
Do you accept online payments?
We don't take online payments on the website.
Because our products are handcrafted and may vary naturally in size and weight, the final price is calculated based on the exact weight of each item at the time of preparation.
This ensures fair and transparent pricing for every customer. After you confirm, we'll send payment instructions. Once payment is received, we proceed with shipping.
How does the order flow work?

How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is weight-based per 100g. The final total is determined after preparation and weighing.
We offer price tiers based on the number of units bought:

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, and selected digital wallets. Full details are sent with your confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively in Bali. (please check the Delivery page). For other regions, reach out to confirm options and rates.
We offer free delivery in south Bali for orders over Rp.1.000.000 (Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Kuta, Denpasar, Sanur, Jimbaran, Ungasan, Nusa Dua, Pecatu)
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–3 business days after payment for processing and dispatch. Delivery time depends on your location.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, before payment. Once payment is received and processing begins, modifications and cancellations aren't possible.
How should I store the products?
Products are sealed for freshness. Keep refrigerated and follow storage directions on the packaging for best results.
