Ingredients

For the filling:

2 pcsDuck magret confit
1Mango, ripe but firm, thinly sliced
1 smallCarrot, julienned
1/2Cucumber, julienned
HandfulFresh herbs (mint, cilantro, or basil)
1 tspLime juice
To tasteBlack pepper

For wrapping:

2Soft tortillas
someLettuce leaves

For dipping sauce:

1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspHoney
1 tspLime juice
PinchFresh chili or chili flakes (optional)

Preparation

Prepare the filling

  • Shred and warm the duck magret confit gently in a pan until slightly crisp.

Prepare the dipping sauce

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and chili in a small bowl.
  • Adjust to taste for balance of sweet, salty, and tangy.

Assemble the wraps

  • Slice mango and vegetables into thin, even strips.
  • Warm the tortillas lightly and roll in the same way.
  • Fill them as you like and roll tightly, folding in the sides.

Serve

  • Cut wraps in half and serve fresh with the dipping sauce.
  • Light, vibrant, and full of tropical flavor.
