Ingredients
For the filling:
| 2 pcs | Duck magret confit |
| 1 | Mango, ripe but firm, thinly sliced |
| 1 small | Carrot, julienned |
| 1/2 | Cucumber, julienned |
| Handful | Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, or basil) |
| 1 tsp | Lime juice |
| To taste | Black pepper |
For wrapping:
| 2 | Soft tortillas |
| some | Lettuce leaves |
For dipping sauce:
| 1 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | Honey |
| 1 tsp | Lime juice |
| Pinch | Fresh chili or chili flakes (optional) |

Preparation
Prepare the filling
- Shred and warm the duck magret confit gently in a pan until slightly crisp.
Prepare the dipping sauce
- Mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and chili in a small bowl.
- Adjust to taste for balance of sweet, salty, and tangy.
Assemble the wraps
- Slice mango and vegetables into thin, even strips.
- Warm the tortillas lightly and roll in the same way.
- Fill them as you like and roll tightly, folding in the sides.
Serve
- Cut wraps in half and serve fresh with the dipping sauce.
- Light, vibrant, and full of tropical flavor.
Chef’s note
- You can add a few strips of avocado or pickled onions for extra texture and acidity.
