All prices are listed in IDR and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

We do not process payments directly through the website.

5. Delivery

We aim to process and deliver all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

We offer free delivery for order over 1.000.000 in south Bali ( Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Denpasar, Sanur, Jimbaran, Ungasan, Nusa Dua, Pecatu)

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of proven defect or error on our part.
If you believe a product was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at sales@maisonsaintleonard.com with details and photos.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after review.
